We went in shortly before closing time a few days ago. And by shortly I mean about 45 minutes... Went in and the guy standing behind the counter is staring at the donuts, or into space... We say hello and no response so we're thinking he is taking an order from the drive through. OK. Wait about 7 minutes at the counter, he did not turn to look at us or even mutter a greeting. The rest of our party walks in. Still nothing... Now we are questioning if the place is still open.. We finally ask if they are open and he says yes. Still staring somewhere, anywhere but not making eye contact or uttering a greeting.
If we had not been there with our kids, we would have just walked out. But, alas, I place the order. Go to pay, do so, and he turns around and walks away. Not a single word...
I walk out completely confused, shocked, pissed off, and certain that I will never return.
To the owners- You guys seriously need to take a look at your non-existent customer service...
