I have visited many of the bike shops here in Las Vegas and Irwin Cycles has the best service hands down. Not sure what this guy George S. on here is raging about but it seems he is off his rocker! Owning my own small business I know his kind and sometimes you just can't please someone no matter how hard you try. Trust me these guys are top notch, they work on my wife's bike, my daughters bike and now my bike and we would not trust anyone else.
