This club is so ass backwards. My girlfriend purchased tickets for Calvin Harris to save time. Instead we got dumped into the guest list line where they kept it backed up. Turns out girls get in for free with guest list and only guys have to pay. What was the point of getting tickets then? Wouldn't it make more sense to put general admission and guest list together? Common sense is hard to come by these days, I suppose. Secondly, the line management was awful. They manufactured a line and allowed other people to step right up to the front outside the line and cut to get in. Of course money will buy you that sort of convenience, but at least keep the line moving. My girlfriend called Encore's management to file a complaint and they handled it very poorly. They kept transferring her over and eventually hung up on her. The set up inside was a nightmare. It was shoulder to shoulder inside and in order to get into the actual dance floor, you had to pay ANOTHER $40 to get in. Otherwise you get to enjoy the talent from some speakers and a TV. Oh, and by enjoy I mean a grainy ass image of the talent on stage and some sorry ass speakers tucked away in the background. Go spend your money and time elsewhere.
