I was so impressed by the excellent customer service I received by Carlos at this location that I was compelled to give him a 5 star "Shout Out" on Yelp! Carlos went above and beyond normal customer care by helping me for almost an hour to retrieve my photos from my fritzed out phone to my new phone. Even though the store was very busy, he stuck with me and saved photos that are very precious to me! He also went ahead and completed the activation process on my replacement phone. Thank you Carlos...You have made this Verizon customer EXTREMELY happy!
