This a review of what wasn't done when I brought my car in last week: We were visiting from New York City for the week. My battery had drained twice overnight, and AAA said there their tests showed no problem with the battery or alternator. I decided that whatever was causing an electrical problem needed to be resolved before driving home. I called several recommended mechanics, and Broadview was the only one who said I could have the work done immediately. Broadview analyzed my battery, found it in good shape, but didn't charge me for the time and labor. Broadview ordered a part to replace what he believed was causing an electrical problem, I authorized the work, and then he decided that his original analysis was wrong, and advised me that the complexity of the repair would be time-consuming and expensive, and we agreed that I would have my mechanic at home look at it. Charge: again, $0. So we learned a lot, got a a great deal of peace-of-mind, and Broadview didn't charge us a cent. Highest recommendation.
