Just joined 2 months ago. At first everything was great, people were nice and helpful. I was sent to a clinic for a diabetes screening and lab work, all went well. Was told my prescriptions would be mailed to me and a would be assigned a primary care doctor.
Prescriptions came but missing some, called and they sent out the missing items, but not all of them. Called again, they again sent items out to me. Finally got everything. Still waiting for my doctor to be assigned to me, it's been 2 months and many phone calls and nothing. I understand now how some vets give up and unfortunately take their own lives. Shame on this whole terrible process.
