I went into the One NV Credit Union branch on E. Serene to settle-up on an offer I received in the mail for having good payment history throughout the year. The credit union was offering a "skip a payment" (with a fee), which is super-helpful this time of year with the gift giving season upon us. I worked with the Linda Woodford who is a representative at the branch, and she was able to make my transaction as smooth and efficient, as I had hoped. I felt welcomed and as if she was taking care of me like I was family. I am very pleased with the service that One NV has provided me with my car loan I opened at the beginning of 2016.
