I booked the Hollywood Tour and it was fantastic. The driver was timely and friendly. The tour van was clean and neat. We got complimentary water, apple juice, and orange juice. Our brown bag breakfast was a muffin, cheese, apple, and a granola bar to eat on the way. The driver pointed out all of the landmarks and talking points along the way. He memorized everyone's name and even took our pictures at the sites we visited like the Santa Monica Pier and Beverly Hills sign. The drive from LV to LA is about 4.5 hours but the driver mad it fun. We stopped quite a bit for bathroom breaks, too.
