I'd really like to not give any stars but for yelp's sake I have to. Let's start off by saying this place is a rip off and a joke like my fellow neighbor has previously stated. If you rent on the first floor be careful you'll get suckered into paying a $20.00 premium to live on the first floor. (They discriminate, so not everyone has that stupid fee). You will hear every single sound your upstairs neighbor makes. Seriously, I've tracked my loud a$$ neighbors sleeping pattern. You can hear when they talk, walk, stomp, and even flush the toilets. When the water drains you can hear it in between the walls. DO NOT BELIEVE this apartment is SMOKEFREE. It's NOT, they have a smoking section in the back. It's better than the "dog park" we have. They gave our dogs a tiny area that has no running space, and it is just rocks. Your dogs will hate trying to walk in the "dog park". Walking out of the park, be careful or you'll fall in the water drain that is near the entrance/exit or you might step in dog $h!t because lazy tenants and management do not clean up. The management and property management Shelton-Cook is a joke. I've written Shelton-Cook 2 emails to 2 different people since 12/18/16 and not one response. People have just moved out, literally picked up and left because this place is horrible. Still no dog wash, the "manager" lives on site but refuses to do anything, hates to be bothered. if you sign a lease you'll be trapped. So do not do it. They are desperate to have People move in, so now you'll hear younger college kids by the tiny pool partying past midnight. Sorry, not paying rent to hear kids party, or see dog $h!t all over the apartments. Like my neighbor said, THIS PLACE IS GHETTO. I signed up for yelp to make sure you guys know what you're getting into. It's not what they are advertising. Let me know if you guys want the photos. I've been documenting everything. The cameras around the complex do not work. Literally everything is a LIE.
