Never have I ever felt like such a peasant at any one of their properties. When we arrived they put us in the palace tower. We did not know their was construction going on so we asked to be switched when we arrived. They made a "phone call" and told us NO. Which is ridiculous and at this point unacceptable for what my fiancé gambles at their properties ! Our room has not been cleaned in 3 days. They gave us courtesy towels each night once we complained so we can shower every day. Then at the pool there are about 100 no exaggeration single chairs by the pool. You are not allowed to move the chairs. This we found out after trying to move two chairs close together. So you just have to stand by the pool until they become available. Now, we are only two people who came down to the pool at 10:30. My fiancé is a diamond card holder and they basically told us to go screw ourselves once we said anything about the seats at the pool. Well, let's just say we are switching to M life! We are not returning to ANY other properties when we come back to Vegas ! This is a disgrace . Even Atlantic City treats us better and that doesn't say much !
