Worst experience @ the Everett Mall Show Tonight. I won Tickets for two adults & two children, then I had my son's extra friend pay his ticket for 20 bucks. No where on the Facebook Flyer did it say bilingual or that 90 percent was in spanish! We couldn't understand any of it! The Circus performers were not trained in circus acts, the juggler dropped the balls & rings. The performance was so horrible, we WALKED OUT!! The acts were not regular circus acts & definately didn't seem like well trained circus entertainers!! Total SCAM!! Afterwords, I emmediately complained to the box office, no refunds & no manager on duty the woman replied. I made a legitimate complaint on Facebook also Messaged their Facebook Inbox, Their reply to my public review/complaint regarding our horrible experience, was very very unprofessional! They accused me of wanting to fight! They said: "Sounds like you just want to fight". I was shocked! My review of my horrible experience means I want to fight?? Makes entirely no sense! I have never had to make a complaint & definately did not expect a Rude response! I would have expected an apology for our bad experience, or anything other then horrible customer service. I am Definately Contacting the Everett Mall. These people are making our local business's look bad for allowing them to perform in their Mall/ property parking lots. Apparently with Many many bad reviews, they certainly haven't cleaned up their Act! Nothing about this business seems legit. This circus needs to be Shut down!
