Buying into a community managed by FirstService Residential is one of the best decision I've ever made. They are friendly, courteous, and beyond knowledgeable about my community. In reading some of these other reviews I wonder how many of those who are unsatisfied have reviewed their management contracts or spoken with their boards. Community managers are limited in their authority and work at the direction of the board. My community has over 2000 homes full of well maintained parks, common areas, and beautiful entrances. We have street parking problems, but they are PUBLIC streets. My association cannot tow vehicles off of public streets no matter how much we'd like them to, it's against the law!! Thank you FirstService for setting the bar of excellence and protecting my biggest investment!
