I went to this clinic over a year ago to get an allergy test, I was breaking out in hives and would sometimes get dizzy after eating. Since I couldn't figure out exactly what it was I visited Family Allergy Clinic, thinking that they would be able to help me. I was advised after they ran their tests that they couldn't really see any major allergies so I could either opt for a non-approved allergen (out of pocket) OR I could just take an allergy pill everyday. Since I'm like most of America and live paycheck to paycheck I decided on the over the counter allergy pill, gave them my insurance company information and went on my way... that was in APRIL 2017! In March of this year (2018!!) I received a bill from Family Allergy Clinic stated that I was past due and if I didn't pay I would be sent to collections. Before this I never received any documentation or even a phone call. Since receiving the bill, I have called several times to try to talk to anyone that could explain what happened. Not only have I never received a phone call back, I just keep getting the same threatening bill. I would never recommend this company to anyone, it's very apparent that they Do Not care about anyone.
