My wife went there to get a spray tan. The machines were broken they asked her to come back. Not a big deal. She went back several hours later used level 3 the darkest clear solution. The next day when we woke up, she looked no different than before her tan. She was really upset and went back to show them that her tan didn't work. The girl that works there was not sure what have happened and why the tan didn't work. She offered her a free session. My wife said I'm sorry, but it was our son's birthday so she had to rush back home and asked if she could come back or get a credit on her account . They said no. You only have 24 hours. Bottom line the worst customer service we have ever seen.
