This is the second time I visited this frys( I usually go to the one closer to my house) and they have the worst service. As soon as i walked in I heard cashiers gossiping about the customers. Then i saw two employees talking about turning up while helping an elderly woman get on an automatic cart instead of giving the customer their undivided attention. When I was checking out the cashier carolyn who had 20 years of experience was very moody and unhelpful. She was working in the 15 items and less line and when the customer in back of me pulled up she told him to get out of the line because it seemed like he had a little more items. The customer than asked her "you don't feel like working right" and she said no. I just looked at her but I minded my business. At the end I just cancelled my transaction because I was not going to give my money to a place where they do not give me 100% satisfaction.
