Typical Starbucks coffee shop located near Craig St, a street that happens to be near both Pitt and CMU campuses. As such, do expect a relatively busy store/long line during most weekdays at typical hours of busyness (morning rush, lunch hour, and dinner time). I highly recommend using Mobile Order to skip the line and ensure a faster pickup of your drink (though it's honestly pretty debatable how much faster such a method is, I personally think there's enough of a difference for it to be noticable and noteworthy for consideration). The nice part about this store is that it offers Google Wifi, which is a heck of a lot faster than what this store used to offer (AT&T Wifi). Staff here are friendly. Seating is relatively adequate although most, if not all, seats tend to be filled during busy times for sure. Not the best place to come to if you're looking for somewhere quiet to study though ... or more intimate meetups & gatherings. Convenient for meeting up with people though!
