Way OVER PRICED. I called because the heat was not working. The guy could not figure out how to use my thermostat. I turned it on and he diagnosed it as being faulty. He swapped my old programmable thermostat with a cheap non programmable thermostat that costs $27.43 at Home Depot. So after 30 mins I was charged for an hour call out $85 (That I understand). Plus $110 for the thermostat! That is almost 4 times how much it costs and I did not get a choice in what I wanted. Next time I have a heating issue at least I have a choice in who I call.
