Surgery really was the only rational choice, even though they couldn't guarantee it was absolutely necessary. Once they did it, we could see that it would absolutely have been life-threatening to not do it.
They quoted a price range and the actual bill was right in the range. They automatically set us up on a one-year payment plan without any hassle or even us asking for it, no interest. Very nice.
The doctor and staff were all super friendly, caring, and took all the time in the world to explain everything and answer questions. We got photos and a full explanation showing us what was wrong and why surgery fixed it. They stayed over an hour after closing to take care of us, then also called the next day when they weren't even open to follow up.
