if Johnny in electronics didn't work here this review would be 1 star, have spent a lot of money here, always seems stuff is breaking.. have had to return 3 blue rays(4th is broke too, just haven't returned it ) phone protector, Samsung fridge acting up,pioneer tuner just shuts off, Samsung washer and dryer having issues, had electronics delivered and they scratched my brand new tv stand and then said sorry its a 3rd party delivery, take it up with them !!!! klipsch sub-woofer blown (brand new) had to argue to get another after best buy lost it in repair!!! klipsch speakers all popping and i dont even turn my music up to a point it should do this... not happy at all with the quality or customer service other than johnny... its a shame the managers dont care (wouldn't even come out and talk to me about my sub-woofer, put it on johnny to handle)
