Don't rent here. They pile on ridiculous extra "cleaning fees", their maintenance crew doesn't actually do anything to fix things around the apartments, and on top of that, they increased their rent a few months ago. This place is laughably expensive for what they actually offer and they are making us jump through hoops just to move out, including having to hire their contracted company ourselves to clean the carpets. They are also trying to collect nearly $400 worth of "damages" fees related to problems with the water pressure in the complex, which we informed maintenance of months ago and they failed to do anything about. Save yourself the hassle and money. It's too late for us.
