We had a great experience at iautohaus!
My husband and I purchased a car last week from Jeremy at this dealership. This was the 2nd car my husband has purchased from this dealership.
I have a very close friend that is pretty high up at another well known dealership, so I have to say I was against my husband buying a car from someone else. I contacted my friend at the other dealership and he pulled all the info on the car we were interested in and he told us to go buy the car because it was very well priced and he could not beat the deal. This says a lot of good things about iautohaus!
Best of all, there was no haggling or back and fourth to get this good deal!! AND they gave is full price for our trade in car. They didn't try to win on the sale and lowball us on the trade in like most other dealerships.
The customer service is top notch! The owner of the company (we didn't know he was the owner until we were about done with our transaction) was playing with and occupying our 2.5 year old daughter while we were signing papers....huge help and much appreciated! He's so nice!
We highly recommend this dealership. Wonderful staff! No pressure! Great car buying experience!!
