We have been using Burns for years now, and I've always been happy with the services they provide. Recently, I have been SO impressed with the level of customer service provided. I work with Kristin for scheduling of services, and she is always prompt and courteous in working with our schedules and service needs; her attentiveness and willing to go above and beyond are noteworthy and so greatly appreciated. We also work with a technician named Dale, who has also gone above and beyond in the onsite service he provides. Dale takes the time to explain services performed, recommended follow ups or further actions, and in general is a pleasure to work with. Dealing with pests is hardly a pleasant process, but working with Kristin and Dale as part of our Burns team is always a pleasure!
