Well they are good. Inspected me said my unit was fine then in August it went out (of course about 110 out). With a young dog it was insufferable! The response time was good and they checked everything unit was fine, condensation line was backed up. Shutting off the unit! Blew it out Back working in no time! Reasonable!!!
