I stayed here on 5/11/18 in room 231 ,it was a graduation ceremony the next day. I checked out only to discover that I was attacked overnight by bedbugs. The bites started to show after I got to my daughter's apartment, so I called the front desk and filed a complaint and was told I would be refunded, but he wanted a face to face. So after the ceremony I went back and showed the clerk all the bites all over my hands, arms and neck and was told that the refund was contingent on a visit by his exterminator to prove the infestation. well I didn't get the refund or a call to explain the results. This was my experience if yours was different count yourself lucky the day of my daughters graduation was beautiful except for the terrible itching and swelling of the bug bites.
