Although they did a good job on my car and were able to accommodate me at work on the same day, I am a little irritated. When the guy, I think Eddie???, showed up to wash my car I referred to their website and said "Do you guys take credit cards?" He replied hesitantly saying that they did. I didn't have cash, but would have had no issue with getting some BEFORE the service. Anyway, so they wash my car and even though it looks beautiful, it's time to pay. I went to give my credit card and he says "oh, sorry I don't have my credit card processor. I can't take a credit card." So here I am at work with no cash and he tells me he can't take my credit card. I had to physically leave work to go to an ATM to get cash for the service. I came back and paid him and even though he apologized I am irritated nonetheless. I am grateful to have the freedom at my job to be able to leave really quick to run an errand, but I wish I could have avoided this from the start. I'm not sure if I will use them again.
