I had heard wonderful things about this spa, and I didn't read any reviews first. I wanted to have an open mind. I had heard that this was an upscale spa, so I was a bit shocked when I walked in. It's very small. Tight surroundings. Two girls were squeezed behind one desk, and one of them had a snack out. The music that was playing was contemporary rock. At a spa? Really!? That's what I had to listen to during the facial as well. It wasn't relaxing at all. The technician was running late. She was very kind and made sure I was comfortable while I waited, and I wasn't shorted the time, it just extended my appointment time. The room for the facial was very tiny and not clean. There were cobwebs in some places and things seemed to be placed haphazardly. The room was not the only thing that was small-the bed was! I'm a tall person, and my feet were hanging off the edge. This is not what I expected for a high-end spa. I'll repeat, the technician, Patty, was very kind and she was very skilled. I was not relaxed when I left, though. Slightly disappointed.
