Stayed at another hotel and decided to stay an extra night. I saw a great deal at Hotel 10, so decided to stay here for my additional night. I was upgraded to a junior suite, which was very nice. The staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly. The junior suite was really cool and spacious. The bathroom was just beautiful! My only complaints are that the rooms could be cleaner. There was animal hair all over the couch, and a bunch of dark stains on the carpet. I am all for pet friendly hotels but the rooms should either be cleaned extremely well, or only certain rooms should be pet friendly. The tub also had some hair in it. Also, the hot water takes a very long time. I had the water on for over 5 minutes to reach warm temps. I do understand it's an older building, and they did a wonderful job renovating it, but that is a lot of water being wasted. I would've given the hotel another star if it was cleaner.
