I am so disappointed with this salon. The Nail technicians at this place have no personality. The only words they say to you is "what you need", "pick a color", and how much you owe for the services. The nail technician I had kept pulling on my cuticles - not cutting them but pulling/yanking on them. Then he proceeded to file on my skin not the nail. You would have thought he understood that he was hurting me when I kept pulling my foot away every time. You only get a 5 minute lotion application. I wouldn't even call it a massage. Not to mention the bottom of my feet were not completely finished. It was no wonder why there was no one else in the salon when we were there.
