I met Sue Jacobs on Nov 4th the day before my daughters wedding. I was in crisis. I had trusted a friend to make a cake for my daughters wedding, and once I saw it, I knew I could not serve the cake, on such an important day. I tried 5 other shops and they all said I was in trouble, as there was no time to get a cake on such short notice. Sue listened to my urgency and felt it in her heart to help us. She had some cakes available, a delicious red velvet and a pink champaign. She let us choose our design, and although she couldn't deliver, it did not matter. She saved us. At this point it really didn't matter if the cake was good, but she told me it would be and boy was she right. The flavors were like nothing i have ever tasted. It was delicious and beautiful. Turns out she was from an area in Idaho/Washington where I had grown up. Small town heart. I would never recommend another baker. Thank you for saving the day!
