I stayed at this hotel for four days during a conference. The location would be ideal if you are going to the Cleveland Clinic, but if the majority of your activities are downtown (as mine were) the distance can be a little annoying. Cab drivers also warned me- there's not much safe to walk to outside the hotel. Beyond the location, the amenities were nice. Comfortable bed, and attractive, spacious high end room. Disappointed there was no pool/spa. Hotel staff was very friendly. Didn't get to the restaurants, but was pleased with the room service. Especially the French toast! Yum! Also don't miss the cheesecake!! It is delicious! Hotel staff will also bring you real creamer for your coffee instead of the powder stuff they provide in your room. Only other issue was the occasional notice from passing ambulances and the life ought helicopter- but I think that's what you get staying next to a massive hospital.
