Love H&M and shopping the stores; however, this store was a bit stressful. It's small, which is fine. The store seems disorganized, but that could be due to Christmas chaos, but there wasn't enough cashiers to handle the amount of people in line. I was there to do a refund for a purchase online and the cashier was clearly overwhelmed. I felt bad for him, which makes me almost give this review a 4 star. He kept resetting his cash register because he didn't know what to do and the person next to him didn't have time to show him due to the amount of people in line.
