We had Isaias Farias do a first time clean up of our yard for $100 and check our sprinkler. We agreed to pay additionally for parts which was another $75. There were 4 workers and there were here for about 90 minutes. When they left there was still paper and debris in the planters and they didn't clean/blow around the base of the patio chairs nor on the seats. They did substandard work at premium pricing.. According to his business card, he is licensed and insured. According to the State Contractor's Board, neither Isaias Farias nor Clean Cut Landscaping are have a valid contractor's license. Use him at your own risk.
