Came in to check out a potential new apartment for a January move in. The staff was nice but I wish that they acknowledged me when I walked in. There was a couple in there (current residents) who were submitting their move out notice so I just took a seat in the lobby and waited. But having that acknowledgement and letting me know that they would be with me as soon as they could would have put me to ease. After sitting in the lobby for a bit I decided to walk around the clubhouse for a bit and just explore, trying to make a bit of noise so the office worker would remember I was there. The color scheme was nice and it was very clean from what I saw. Finally we got to sit down and talk about rates and units and of course did a tour. I was a bit turned off that their application fees were a bit higher than other apartment complexes in the area, AND that they weren't doing any specials. Almost every complex I toured that day had lower applications fees, and a look and lease special where they would waive the fee if a lease was signed that day. Unfortunately that lack of perk was what turned me off immediately.
