I contacted cool air now to set up a new customer special for a unit check up. This was to include 6 months of free filters and a 50.00 coupon for future repairs. I was happy when the tech showed up on time but after his check I was told i needed a 600+ repair because my unit was pulling to many amps. I told the tech I would get a second opinion before I would get any work done. I asked about my free filters and tech Raul said he would drop them off later that day and the smaller one would be ordered. Well I waited two days and called the office and also was assured he would drop them off. I then waited 2 more days contacted the office again 'same story ..so sorry he will drop them off. I would never use this company as filters are insignificant in the big picture but I know now they are not a company of their word..NO thanks !!!!
