We had the pleasure of working with Barbara in Las Vegas. I remember getting a call from her within minutes of filling out the online form. Now that's service. She was super accommodating with our crazy schedules and she made it a point to only show us places that were dog friendly because she knew that our 3 dogs were our babies.
