Patrick has done MANY jobs for me including installing a wall AC, Replacing trim and exterior painting, hanging shower grab bars, building steps and hand rails but the most difficult of all and a challenge NO ONE ELSE would even attempt, creating a breezeway awning between two very different roof lines. Patrick does excellent work (And I know because I am extremely picky!) He doesn't short cut on time or materials, he's very reliable and trustworthy, as well as very fair priced, he works until the job is done RIGHT even when it's on his own time. Handymen/woman like Patrick are hard to come by these days. I found him by his excellent reviews here on Yelp and I'm so glad I did! Truly a 5 star PLUS!
