..not even sure where to start here?! I ended up leaving with multiple levels of happiness + shock. **I will preface with: I know no one affiliated with the store, and that this review is the best derivative I can offer of my due appreciation for these guys. Oh, and it's not a pawn shop; you can just buy and sell. _____ I guess I was surprised because I didn't know the place existed, and the culture of the team from the president (Adam) + down the team line should be something for other small businesses to envy. Will make some key points: -Products: LOTS! Electronics + accessories of pretty much every type; bicycles, gaming, etc. A sweet diversity. -Vibe: Professional, entertaining, clean, genuine. Staff is knowledgeable + they all seem to have a thirst for a.) more knowledge b.) solid communication practices to make happy shoppers. -Honesty: I was there for a couple of hours setting up my newly purchased machine (which is AWESOME, btw, along with my bangin' sub :) ). I spent my time perusing, chatting, laughing, and observing. I overheard Adam's correspondence with his team and noted the variance from this establishment to similar others; they are very strict on compliance with laws and morals. eg, taking IDs, serial #'ing all products, holding products purchased from people for the legal allotment without stray, etc. While only recently familiar with this from TV shows, I *kinda* know how it should work, and they really have a tight handle on it. ---Note: I also thought it was sweet to hear the owner announcing pride in being a part of, at times, returning stolen bicycles to their owners. I saw another review on here stating, "they have stolen bicycles"; I actually learned in my time/observations there they accept them with stringent protocol and rejoice, rather than sulk, when the item is removed and returned. -Prices: Certainly fair; I was crossing my items with others on eBay, Craigslist, etc. while I was there--the costs were at least comparable at Wolfpack, if not beat. ______ Overall: impressive, educated, multi-cultural store with a hell of a lot to offer. Thanks so much guys -- see you again :)
