"Unfortunately, the insurance plan you are on only covers a full set every 3-5 years. In the future, please contact your insurance prior your appointment to see what they will cover. We have no control over it." It goes on to say that if the patient calls the office to request researching the bill, they will charge another $25.00!!! Absolutely the WORST response I have ever seen. Customer service does not exist here. This response from the company alone made sure that I will NEVER visit this business...OMG!
