My mother purchased a dryer BRAND NEW that would only dry on 60 minutes "time" dry cycle and still does not dry.... after sending a service tech to replace thermostat in said "Brand NEW" dryer I phoned the company and a "sales person?" took my number and the same voice called me back... the so called manager kept trying to put me in my place and demean my efforts... stating "Ma'am do you have any idea how many of our customers call me with new appliances wanting them replaced because they are broken or poorly made?" "That's just the way machines are in the world today" he says... Now what the hXXX does that say about this business? and that "all" of their customers are loyal and been shopping there for years etc etc.... and that I was no different.
He went on to tell me he bought a "lemon" of a car somewhere and that he knew how I felt? I could care less about his car or the fact that they sell thousands of bad machines per year... that's not "just the way the world is" at least not mine... poor merchandise, poor service, poor business....total thumbs down
