The salon is very nice. I think it all falls on the stylist one is paired with. My woman stylist put absolutely no effort in the color or cut. Let me leave with soaked wet hair. The days I asked to dry the hair her demeanor let me know it irritated her. I receive a horrible cut. Very uneven. She tried hiding the uneven layers between her fingers. I asked to fix the cut and the 2nd was worse. The new salon I went to could not believe the hack job and encouraged me to speak up. Im not necessarily bad mouthing the stylist but rather warning the next customer. Also, $135 for colircand cut but no blow dry or style. For curly hair. Ill never go back.
