Not bad of a looking complex. Community is pretty nice. Kids run around like wild animals daily with no supervision. Apartment does have a lot of cockroaches. I thought I was gonna end up staying at this place another year but after living in apt 1074 i had to get the hell out ASAP. I swear the neighbors above me were super loud day and night. I've made numerous complaints to management but it never worked. The walls were thin. I would Here them having crazy Sex all the time, crazy arguments, dog running all over the place and sometimes I would here kids running around the apt. And stomping the floor. Giving me head aches daily. By me working 10 hour shifts at work and getting up daily at 430am I needed all the rest I could get. It was so bad when I would invite company over they would ask what's wrong with my neighbors? I had to stop my boyfriend from going up there telling them to quite down once just to keep the piece. So I had to get the hell out that place. I know we all adults and have to satisfy our needs but they need to be considerate of the people below them OMG. Good luck to the new residence in apt 1074 because the neighbors right above will drive you Insane
