Pros:
- Rooms are spacious and beautiful. I love the modern decor and the overall ambience is very chic and sophisticated.
- Great shopping and dining options both within the Hotel itself, as well as just a short walk over the pedestrian bridge (to the Mile shops, Bellagio, and rest of the Strip).
- Overall location on the Strip is fantastic.
- Fantastic views if you have a room with a balcony.
Cons:
- Checking in on a Thursday night at midnight took over half an hour, which is significantly longer than any other check-ins I've done even at peak hours.
- A few of the lights in our room didn't work, and the jacuzzi jets would turn on at random times for no apparent reason.
- We would request Housekeeping to come at a certain time but on two occasions, they never showed up...
Overall, I expected more from the hospitality standpoint for such a pricey "luxury" hotel. However, the pros offered from being a guest outweighed the minor inconveniences for me, so I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Vegas.
