So I called your shop at 11:08 am on Tuesday December 29th and spoke to your associate Ashley. I asked if you had a particular firearm I was in the market for and she said that you had one in stock.
So I gave her my name and number and asked if it could be held until I could off work EARLY at 4pm and come down and get it at 5pm and she said sure no problem.
So I left work two hours early and yes lost two hours of pay to get this firearm. Well when I walk in your store at 4:59pm and speak to Ashley she kinda chuckles and says "Oh I already sold it to someone else because I didn't think you were really gonna come down and get it" Not at all what I expected to hear. So I kindly thanked her and left. I just want the owner of this shop to know how your employee's are treating your potential customers, You know I called two other shops in town and they also had this firearm but I decided to purchase it from Gun Mountain because of the praise my son and his friends had given me about your store. I have been spending my hard earned money with small locally owned business's like yours for a long time because you guys usually give better service and appreciate the locals money. But I can tell you this that I will NEVER spend a dime of my money in your store because of your one employee's actions on what should have been a very simple transaction.
