I would not recommend this practice. I took my three young daughters here for one year upon moving back to Cleveland. They were seen several times for check-ups, vaccinations, and a few illnesses with just OK service. At some point, I lost track of a 50 dollar copay that went into collection and we were told my children were dropped as patients. Upon learning this, we paid the copay but even then, they refused to see my daughters. I was told this is their policy. As a nurse for 10 years, I've never heard of such a policy. Take your children to another pediatrician!
