Positives: low-cost rentals comparatively speaking. Still, I won't ever rent from them again. Negatives: had a low-tire pressure for one of the rear wheels, we pulled over, called them, a rep told us if we felt safe then we could continue driving. Hello? Basic safety 101? I explained that the other tires had 40+ psi and the rear one suddenly showed 16 psi. Tires don't just go from 40+ to 16 like that unless there's a possibly severe issue. Unbelievable. Its like they had no concern whatsoever. After the trip, I come back to my email of an additional $39.18 charge, despite the total I ordered it as, to be only $282.67. The phone rep kept stating the extra charge was airport fees. This was downright unacceptable to have an extra fee like that added on because the total was supposed to include all things, and I already had prepaid gas included on the bill when I ordered the car. I verified by asking him over and over about the breakdown. This means they're doing extremely lousy customer service. The rep insisted the charges were correct. I typically side with companies in situations if they're reasonable, but this was anything but reasonable. After this outrageous experience, they are one of the worst companies I ever bought from. Downright terrible. I demand a refund.
