Our HOA board blindsided the community with a quick management change out that happened in 6 months, a lot of residents didn't even know it was happening. It is First Residential first week in operation. I had some questions regarding payment. Glad I checked in, because their services do not post payment the same day like last management company. I am the guy that pays on the last day of the grace period. If I did not inquire, I would have faced the same late fee issue as another post. I think this is more of an issue with our HOA board than anything, they did not vet out the details. Wonder what else they missed....
With that being said Lauren Ojeda our community coordinator navigated around a tough customer "me" to complete satisfaction. She was very professional, responsive, and helpful. Off to a good start!
