I've been going to skoah since they opened in chinook and I feel like the quality has consistently declined. During the last facial, they skipped the shoulder/neck massage (which I loved, in the past). What's worse, I left with my skin feeling parched, and when I mentioned this they proceeded to simply upsell their other products. Really disappointed by this experience, and saddened that I'm going to have to find somewhere else for facials now!
