The first time I hired someone from this company to clean my home I found the outcome mediocre at best. I asked for a different person the next time and they sent two women. One was completely incompetent and the other was just okay. Lots of surfaces were left dusty and the house simply wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I thought about giving the company one more chance to supply me with someone who is really detail oriented. When I made this request and explained the type of person I seek the owner of the company became combative, nasty and volatile basically stating that my request was unreasonable and if I wanted someone to clean as thoroughly as I was requesting and used to that I would need to hire an "illegal". (It's worth noting that I had the same amazing housekeeper in LA for 15 years! She was legal and awesome). Simply put, DO NOT hire this company.
