Great experience! We took a sunrise ride out of Chandler and enjoyed it very much! The pilot knew his stuff and I felt very safe. It's a full hour ride with champagne and snacks afterwards, plus some hot air ballooning history. They do a good job of answering any questions and will let you be as involved as you want to be in the process. This was my first hot air balloon experience, but I would definitely recommend this company!
