My realtor was Danny Phee. I had initially contacted him about 2 years ago but decided to wait a bit before selling my house. He was very understanding and did not try to repeatedly contact me until I was ready (unlike others, which was sort of annoying). When I did decide to put my house up on the market, he had set everything up in a professional manner and explained it all in leyman terms. From the day the house was up for sale to the day it was sold, I had a great experience with Danny. Everything went smoothly and I was consistently updated on anything new that happened. I loved that he was always available and responded promptly to my questions concerns. He even went the extra mile by making buyer appointments in my calendar through Apple (iPad, Mac & iPhone) so that we both could keep track of viewings.
A big bonus- Danny also had professional photographers take pictures of my home which I believe made a huge difference for potential buyers and kept the flow of traffic consistent. I had mine sold in less than a month!
For what it was worth, I had a low-stress process. I would definitely recommend Danny Phee to anyone selling or looking for a home.
